I’m so grateful to Gotcha Wildlife. I had a huge diamondback rattlesnake camping out on my front porch. I found this company on Google and they came out FAST! I’m so thankful they did as I have a small child who plays out front. I sent pictures of the snake and they were able to identify it right away. And were here in 30 minutes. I had an unknown creature in my bathroom fan vent on a Friday afternoon. The owner asked me to text him a video so he could try to figure out what it was based on the sounds. Sure enough, he was right, and it was a bird's nest! Gotcha came out the following Monday and removed the nest and covered the vent so it didn't happen again! Micah was really friendly and helpful. Overall great experience and I would absolutely recommend!

He didn’t take money until he performed the service, unlike the previous company with the high bid that wanted the money upfront. His company does not charge for inspections. All the guys with Gotcha are awesome! Answered all our questions so we understood the entire process. Very fair prices. Can tell they care about what they do and their customers. We had issues with raccoons and opossums coming through our yard and they explained what the expectations would be. After the week of trappings, we saw some initial residual activity which we were warned about, but after that though we haven't seen any more digging or poop! If we have any more issues in the future we will definitely be calling Gotcha to come back out.

Such a wonderful team to work with! I had a cat stuck on my apartment roof for several days and I tried calling everyone from animal control to the fire department, and was told by everyone that they would not come and try to remove the cat. Unlike several other companies who claim to be professional and animal lovers, Gotcha is the real deal. They answered on the first ring, and told me that they don't usually take on those types of jobs but due to the circumstances they would help us out. They were able to squeeze us into one of their schedules later the same day and was on time. Although getting the cat down wasn't the easiest job, the trapper was very happy to not only help us but to most likely save that cat's life too. Thank you so much again, and I could not recommend them enough!

TLDR: Marc from Gotcha was truly a Godsend!!! He was able to help get my cat off the roof and for 1/10th of what I thought I would have to pay. So, I had kittens show up on my 2nd floor condo porch about 2 years ago, and ever since then, my neighbors and I have adopted them as our outside cats. Well, one of the cats popped up on the roof and was there for TWO DAYS. I called every emergency and non-emergency number I could with no help (animal control, fire department, the police...). Even other private companies refused to help, saying they "don't do cat removal". For DAYS the cat was crying, following me around as I circled the building, looking over the edge—it was horribly, horribly sad to see. I even got on the roof at one point to no avail—the cat was just scared and wasting away. My neighbors and I were outside meowing back and forth at the cat, practically in shifts to see that it didn't get eaten by a bird. We set up mousetrap (the game) style contraptions hoping the cat would use them to get down... I'm talking total desperation. After calling many other numbers, my boyfriend found Gotcha and *voila* my cat is now safely off the roof. Marc was so nice and communicative about when he would be here, he was so, so kind to consider the cat's situation, and even entertained the neighborhood kids (not really intentionally, but nonetheless). Gotta love Florida and all of its critters! Unfortunately, we heard scratching in a wall. We reached out to several companies for pest/rodent control to get an estimate and a game plan to eliminate the cause of said scratching. Fortunately, Marc, with Gotcha Wildlife Removal answered back within the hour and had someone out within days. Christian and Anthony spent several hours doing a thorough search and sealing up of any and all tiny openings where critters might have had access to the home. Christian gave me a walkthrough to show me beforehand what they would do and after to show it had been done. Christian and Anthony made several trips back to check traps over the next few weeks until everyone was satisfied critters were gone. We found them to be very honest and professional. They were always on time, very easy to communicate with and easy to reach. The price was extremely reasonable. Definitely high on my recommendation list should you have unwanted critters! Another positive—they did a free inspection/estimate and they warrantied their work!

Gotcha Wildlife Removal is one of the best companies I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. It’s a family-owned business, and you can quickly see the 3 brother team has an incredible passion for the work they do. They show up when they say they are coming (can’t say the same about many companies down here), and their work ethic is second to none. I called Gotcha when I was informed by our HOA that the community was experiencing a problem with bats. Luckily for me, when Gotcha did their free inspection, they did not find any evidence or signs that bats had entered my home. They provided a great breakdown of the work required to seal up any entry points to keep bats (and other pests) out. The price was extremely fair, and they did a great job. Their work comes with a 3-year warranty (other pest companies in the area provide a 1-year warranty).
